Bottle Blowing and Forming Machine is a manual two-stage re-heat bi-directional stretch blow moulding machine that produces PET containers in two stages, having the advantages of being compact in size with low power consumption and convenient to maintain. The Machine can blow various geometric plastic containers that can be used in packaging and can be availed in various specifications as per requirements. The Machine has a pressure reduction adjusting valve that controls the speed of stretching and of the die opening and closing and has the feature that excessive compressed air is exhausted through silencer. The Machine has speed of 250 to 500 blows per hr and consumes 12 kw to 18 kw power. The Machine find usage in mineral and distilled water, carbonated drink, cosmetic, food and candy, pharmacy, sauce and juice, detergent and edible oil. The Bottle Blowing and Forming Machine comes equipped with built-in micro processor, pneumatic cylinders and valves and the stretching unit applies sliding guide, with the stretching length adjustable according to the height of bottle die.
